Monte' is the husband of Sharonda Demars, a devoted father of four, educator, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur.

Monte' is known for his straight forward, but compassionate message of empowerment to those who have been discouraged and may have been trampled on by life. His assignment and message of hope, Just BE, has been a breath of fresh air to audiences abroad.

His most recent educational book, 5Rs of Effective Classroom Management, has been designed to empower classroom educators to walk in their gift and own their "why" through self-awareness, self-efficacy, and self-discipline. With over 20 years in education, Demars uses his professional experiences to aid in this process.

Monte' believes that it doesn't matter where you find yourself in life, as long as you are given the opportunity to wake up, each day is another chance to take a step toward reaching your goal.
